Diana Alt [00:00:04]:
Hi there, I'm Diana Alt and this is Work Should Feel Good, the podcast where your career growth meets your real life. If you've ever thought to yourself, I want more from work, but I don't want to sell my soul to get it, you're in the right place. I'm a no BS career strategy and executive coach and I'm also a recovering product manager and technologist, a three time layoff survivor, and someone who's been on both sides of a hiring table many times. Throughout my career. I've made big pivots myself, helped others make theirs, and coached teams, executives and everyday humans through job searches, promotions, leadership messes, and everything in between. This show is for people who are committed to learning and growing in their careers on their own terms. You might have dropped in to listen because you're in a weird professional season, or maybe you just love soaking up smart ideas. Either way, you are someone who invests time, energy and money into your growth and happiness and who wants your work life to feel like something more than a long slow march to oblivion.

Diana Alt [00:01:11]:
On the show, you're going to hear great conversations with career experts, recruiters, entrepreneurs, some of my own clients, and regular old corporate professionals, all of which who are just doing the thing. Day after day. We'll talk about career paths, tough leadership lessons, behind the scenes realities, and you'll always leave with something you can use. Sometimes I'm going to pop in solo to rant, reflect or drop some real talk about how to make things better in your work life. New episodes are going to drop most Wednesdays. We don't strive for perfection around here, just clarity, progress and more work that feels like yours. Success that you've defined on your own terms. So we'll keep hit, follow.

Diana Alt [00:01:57]:
You don't have to hustle harder to play corporate games. Let's make work feel good together.
